So here is the current situation I'm in. As I wait for my letter/email from Disney saying Congrats you're in. I find myself thinking about when I'm going to bring getting all wrapped up in planning and then getting slapped in the face by the thought of "HEY YOU'RE NOT IN YET YA BIG DUMMY!!!". All I say is damn this sucks...
Also side not I was listening to my ipod today and heard 3 songs with reference to Disney...
Watch My Feet by Lil Wayne "Mickey Mouse cheese hip hop Walt Disney"
Ambitions of Musicians by Charles Hamilton "This is written but off the top I'm the Mad Hatter"
and then Toy Story by Charles Hamilton...too many lines to name it mentions Woody and Buzz a lot though.

Second post!!!
OK so I'm tired about talking about myself this was supposed to be a part 2 about me...but you know I think everyone gets the idea. Today I want to talk about a little Disney history. But from my point of view so not actual/factual historical information here. Couple of fun facts from my favorite movies.
Ponicchio has my favorite quote from any Disney movie ever made. It can also be heard at the star of the Wishes fireworks show. "Star light star bright first star I see tonight I wish I may I wish I might have the wish I wish tonight." This quote means a lot to me now. It's one of those quotes that I will never forget no matter how long I go without hearing it. Of course hearing it in the Wishes music makes a tear or 2 come to my eye. I'm not sure why but for some reason this Disney quote reminds me of my grandmother more than any other.
The Lion King is probably the most enjoyable Disney movie ever made in my opinion. Fun fact when I was young I used to pretend to be Simba LOL I'm embarrassed.
Toy Story is the best Pixar movie ever made. I think it's the best movie of it's genre and yes that includes "Dreamworks" "Shrek" series. To me Toy Story is millions times better than Shrek. Not really a fun fact about the movie but I used to have a Buzz Light Year toy that talked...I'm going to look for it when I'm done.
One other quick fact for me in the Magic Kingdom the only restaurant I've eaten at is the Star Light Cafe...sad I know. :)

Catchup/History...
So this is a bit of a biography so that those people at the DIS can get to know me better. Obviously number one my name is Devin Coleman. I'm 21 years old and live in a small town of Florence, South Carolina. I've pretty much been a Disney fan my whole life thanks to my Grandmother. She instilled my love for Disney at an early age. As a matter of fact I went to Disney world 4 times before I was even 10. I have only been 3 times since. I'm a person of repetition. Every time I go to Disney World I go to the Magic Kingdom. I've only been to Epcot once and we didn't like it too much. (I was young) My favorite Disney Character is Mickey Mouse no doubt followed by Donald Duck. Favorite Movie is the Lion King.
However I do have a life outside of Disney. First I LOVE sports. I'm an absolute nut for Carolina Football. (That would be SC of course) I like other USC sports also I go to many baseball and basketball games but football just dominates them all. I'm actually worried about missing all the games for the first time in my life. But I guess working at Disney is an acceptable reason to not go to any games for the first time in probably 6 years.
Secondly I love music. I like to play well used to like to play guitar. Haven't played in a while. I like most kinds of music from rock classic rock grunge rap old school rap r&b and dance music. Favorite songs per genre:
Rap: All the way turnt up by Travis Porter
Old School Rap: What's the Difference by Dr Dre and a lot of other people
Rock: Historia Calamitatum By Rise Against
Classic Rock: Back In Black by ACDC
Grunge: Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
Dance: Sandstorm by Darude
This is all for my first post. Be sure to check back in periodically for the rest. Thanks for reading.
